When will I receive my order?

All items are created on a “Made To Order” basis. Per order, we have to buy blanks, which take 1-3 days to arrive, decorate them and ship them. So it’s safe to say you’ll likely receive you order within 6-7 business days. We are always working to get your order out as soon as possible.

How do these products fit?

Our 12oz heavyweight hoodie blanks are natural oversized with a slight drop in the shoulders. It’s encouraged that you order a size down if you want a slim “true” fit. If you’d like an oversized silhouette, order your normal size or size up for an extra comfy fit.

My item doesn’t fit the way I anticipated, can I return for another size?

Yes Absolutely!

Contact peacebrand@inktitan.com and let me know your issue and we can work out a return on your original item, and get a replacement size of the that same item out to you asap.

My items arrived damaged, can I get a new one?

Bummer - Shipping carriers can be rough with packages sometimes! In the very rare case that this happens we are happy to work with you in these cases. Tears or large holes the in the fabric constitute for replacement.

I’d like to change an item on my order after placing it, can I do that?

Sorry, once an order is placed it is unable to be canceled. Please contact us to return the item once it’s been received if you are sure that you do not want it.
